Grant Rothweiler

President

As a business owner and consultant, Grant has worked with hundreds of employers to develop risk-based solutions around employee benefits, human resources, training, and risk management.

After graduating from the University of Iowa, Grant started his career working for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for self-funded health plans. He quickly transitioned into consulting with mid-to large employers on health plan finance, compliance, and employee engagement. He became a shareholder of one of the top brokerage firms in Iowa where he was Vice President of Employee Benefits and Sales Leader to a team a professionals specializing in personal lines, human resources, property and casualty, employee benefits, wellness, and safety.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Lindsey and 4 kiddos- Grace, Ava, Brooklyn, and EJ. Among the numerous activities the kids are involved in, they enjoy watching movies, hanging out by the pool, going on family bike rides, and exploring new places. Grant loves coffee, especially Cabin Coffee, and pushing himself to compete in triathlons.

Morgan Burbach

Morgan is a graduate of Coe College and has spent nearly two decades working in education, where she felt blessed to impact the lives of countless students and high school programs. As a former college athlete, she went on to coach several high school sports teams. A passionate advocate for physical and mental fitness, Morgan brings a deep understanding of health and well-being to everything she does. She excels at helping clients solve complex problems and building strong, trusting relationships to help them achieve their goals.

Morgan and her husband, Ben, have been married for 13 years. Together, they have three children—Brayden, Bailey, and Beckem—and love spending time outdoors, attending sporting events, and staying active as a family. In her free time, Morgan enjoys challenging herself through fitness and yoga. Fun fact: she is a certified yoga instructor and loves helping others along their wellness journeys.

Chelsea relocated to Iowa in 2014 after graduating from Indiana University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. With over a decade of experience in Occupational Health, she is dedicated to enhancing workplace safety and well-being. She has collaborated with numerous employers throughout the Cedar Valley, providing guidance on injury prevention, wellness programming, and regulatory compliance. Chelsea is passionate about building and strengthening relationships and works closely with organizations to create a healthier, more productive work environment. 

Chelsea met her husband Jeff, an Assistant track coach at the University of Northern Iowa, at IU and they have been married for eight years. They enjoy cheering on the UNI Track and Field team, traveling with their two children, Jackson (5) and Wexler (2), and staying active as a family. In her spare time, Chelsea is an avid reader, enjoys cooking up new recipes she finds online, and challenging herself to lift heavy weights!

Jamie graduated from Iowa State University. Shortly after graduating, she took time off in order to raise her kids. She resumed her career as an Operations Manager where she gained practical experience in human resources, accounting, payroll, and benefits. This experience serves her well as she helps clients to navigate questions and challenges around insurance, benefits, and medicare.

Chelsea moved to Iowa in 2014 after earning her Public Health degree from Indiana University in 2013. With over 10 years in Occupational Health, she helps Cedar Valley employers improve workplace safety, wellness, and compliance. She values strong relationships and partners closely with organizations to build healthier, more productive environments. Chelsea met her husband Jeff, a UNI assistant track coach, at IU. Married for eight years, they enjoy supporting UNI Track and Field, traveling with their kids—Jackson (5) and Wexler (2)—and staying active as a family. In her free time, she loves reading, trying new recipes, and lifting weights.
